Economic empowerment creates opportunities for individuals and
families to improve their incomes, achieve financial independence,
and build a better future. HOPENEST supports youth, women, and
vulnerable households with the skills, resources, and opportunities
needed to succeed.
Our Economic Empowerment Program Includes:
- Promoting a saving culture through Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs) and Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs).
- Entrepreneurship, business development, financial literacy, and marketing training.
- Vocational and skills-based training for employment and self-employment.
- Startup and growth support for small and emerging businesses.
- Income-generating projects and cooperative development, including fish farming, crop production, livestock rearing, and other community enterprises.
